She is the President Elect for her club in Mesa, AZ and also a mentor for R.Y.L.A. Rotaract is a service club for young people ages 18 and up who are dedicated to finding innovative solutions to the world's most pressing challenges while developing leadership skills and making friends from around the world. Rotaract Clubs are members of Rotary International. There are almost 12,000 Rotaract Clubs worldwide in 179 countries. Their areas of focus are Promoting Peace, Fighting Disease, Providing Clean Water, Saving Mothers and Children, Supporting Education, Growing Local Economies and Protecting the Environment. There are two types of clubs: university based clubs or community based clubs. Most Rotaract clubs are sponsored by Rotary Clubs. Just like Rotary clubs, they are based on service, leadership and fun. Members come from a wide range of backgrounds and life stages. Like Rotaract, Interact is a service based club but it is geared toward high school students. Interact and Rotaract members are the future Rotary leaders of tomorrow.
