Announcements: John Stewart went to the in person meeting for Frontier Rotary at the Resort. They were not taking temperatures and each attendee signed a release form releasing the club from any reciprocations of illness.
Jane Anne told the club about giving her grandchildren the Rotary 4 Way test.
Jane Anne gave the prayer, Glen Hammond the Pledge of Allegiance, Donna Jacobs the 4 way test. Clent quoted Mark Twain “I believe politicians are like baby diapers and should be changed often”.
Todd announced that Sunup Rotary, in cooperation with BHG/Bloom Tree Realty, will be holding a food drive for Prescott Community Cupboard Food Bank on July 17 and July 18, from 8 AM to 5 PM both dates. Drop off locations will be at Todd Clancy's house at 1980 Coyote Rd and at BHG/Bloom Tree Realty at the corner of Gurley St and Cortez St. Will send an email with more details or contact Todd or AJ.
Stan and Linda inducted Donna and Ray Jacobs. Donna reported that when she retired from the VA and went to Missouri to run a small community hospital. She was in Rotary there but missed our club because of all of our community projects. Ray is looking forward to his involvement in the club.

Jane Anne announced that since we aren’t having Double Down this year we are doing an online auction. She thanked Eric Chester for his donation of a wine set with the American flag on it. Jane Anne has donated a certificate of training for a 250 Pistol Class at Gunsite Academy. We also have two prints that have been donated. We have 4 auction items total. We need at least 24 to make the auction fruitful.
This years motto for Rotary International is ‘Rotary Opens Opportunities’. Clent’s desire as president this year is to get our members to sign up for Rotary.org.
Board members presented the expectations and plans for their assigned areas. Most programs have a lot of unknowns with the evolving COCID-19 challenges.
Jerry Hulm reported on our two active International projects Jazz My Chair and the Navajo Water Project. Two additional projects, The Let’s Educate in Peace project in CR Puebla Campestre Real Mexico, and the Drinking Water for the Community of San Sebastion, Teziultan Puebla in Mexico are pending approval.
Art reviewed plans for the Interact programs at Chino Valley, North Point Academy, and Prescott High as well as Rotaract activities at ERAU and Yavapai College. We also support RYLA and the Prescott HS Debate Club.
John Stewart reviewed the thirteen different community projects planned for 1920-21.
