President Christy Manning welcomed Richard Criders, the new Director of our Prescott Regional Airport to our meeting last Wednesday. Included in the interesting information he shared with us was the fact that there were 365,000 operations at our airport during 2024. There was good interaction with our club members, as Richard responded to their questions about the future growth and expansion of our airport and its service. CLUB SERVICE Club Secretary Mel Berry was accorded the Sunup Birthday Celebration at last week's meeting, including the funky hat, glasses and birthday serenade by our club members. Oue satellite Prescott Valley Rotary Club meets this Tuesday at 4:30 at the PV Elks Club. The club continues to grow. Three more new members are expected to be inducted at this meeting. Sunup Rotarians are encouraged to visit these meetings, and to brng potetial members as their guests. Greetings and Salutations. I will be making copies of these various IMPORTANT DATES where we can advertise with swag and brochures for the Family Fest. We unfortunately were too late in the game with getting booth space at the Courthouse Square area ( and expensive too). Sarah V has graciously offered to talk to our friends at Mob Burger ( we held our Pints for Polio there) She will receive a free sponsorship in our list by providing us an outdoor area during Square events. She has an ideal location during events in the Square. Please jot down these dates and see when you are able to help spread the word to our Prescott community as well as visitors. I am certain I have omitted a few names so please pass the word on. As previously stated, I will provide you a copy of the dates at our next meeting. Best, Marsha Teller April 25, 26, 27.
